342 YouTube videos, 23 TikToks, 60 Instagram posts and a 66,000-follower Facebook page, scraped post by post and rebuilt into one ledger. Nothing here is modelled. Where a platform hides its history, the report says so.
Five findings carry the rest of the report. Each is a number, not an opinion.
The library is worth more than the audience. 342 videos have earned 3,954,583 lifetime views against 25,800 subscribers — 153 views per subscriber. The footer links it with a dead URL.
Performance has halved while output held flat. The last twelve months produced 40 videos averaging 4,230 views. The twelve before produced 43 averaging 9,863. Volume −7%, average views −57%.
Three months of silence. February, March and April 2026 have no uploads at all. The channel restarted in May at a third of its former level.
Content sits where the product is not. Sub-Saharan Africa is the largest content investment (61 videos) at index 79. The Americas, where six departures sell, have five videos and index 16.
Nine per cent of the library carries a quarter of the reach. The top ten videos hold 25.3% of all views; the bottom half holds 13.7%.
Company-owned audience totals 107,433. The single largest Instagram audience, 45,000, sits on Martin's personal handle and is not owned by the company.
The site-wide footer carries four social icons under “NÁJDETE NÁS NA”. Verified by clicking each one, 28 August 2026.
The YouTube icon is present, and it is the single most valuable asset on the
list. Its link was copy-pasted out of an Instagram bio, so it still runs through Instagram's
l.instagram.com redirect and still points at @travelistan9847, the
handle retired when the channel was renamed. YouTube does not forward retired handles.
Everyone who clicks it lands on a YouTube 404. Repair cost: one href.

Ranked deciles of the 342-video library. A hit-driven library is normal on YouTube; the question is whether the hits are being deliberately reproduced.
Every published video on @navratil.travel, scraped individually with lifetime view count and publish age. 342 videos plus 2 Shorts. The channel's oldest cohort dates to 2015/16, which makes this the longest continuous record the business has.
Videos published per month. February to April 2026 are empty.
Months with no uploads are shown as gaps, not zeros. The channel average of 11,563 is marked.
YouTube exposes publish dates as relative ages, so anything older than twelve months resolves to a rolling September-to-August year. Read these as cohorts, not calendar years.
Output peaked in 2023/24 at 63 videos.
2019/20 is distorted by four videos, one of which is the 217,000-view Trans-Siberian film.
Hover any bar for the full title. Every one of the top five is the same construction: a specific, extreme, checkable claim.
Festivals, book launches, concerts and undated travel diaries. No hook, no claim, no reason to click.
The current run, for comparison against the library above.
The most mispriced asset in the portfolio. 1,834 followers have generated 336 views each. Two videos about the same 20-cent hotel in Peshawar account for 64% of everything the account has ever produced.
Complete history. The scale is dominated by one video, which is the finding.
The two promotional posts rank 19th and 23rd out of 23. Both promote their own TV appearances on TV JOJ. Even owned-media promotion is punished.
Instagram exposes only the last 12 posts per account to a logged-out reader. Both datasets below are complete for that window and labelled directional throughout.
Average 645 likes, 35 comments. Engagement rate 4.9% of followers, three to five times typical travel-brand benchmarks.
Average likes per post, indexed to the best-performing archetype.
Six posts unique to this account, not cross-posted to the brand.
A post about his partner did 4,049 likes. A DR Congo wildlife reel did 370. An 11x gap on the same account, six weeks apart. That audience is parasocial, and it does not transfer to a brand.
66,248 followers, 17,084 talking about this, 2-3 posts per day, and zero reviews. Facebook exposes only the most recent post publicly; seven were captured.
Reactions, comments and shares on the seven posts observed.
Editorial video averages 933 reactions. Commercial posts average 103. A 9.1x gap. Their organic reach advantage evaporates at exactly the moment they try to convert it.
Zero paid media, ever. The Meta Ad Library returns no ads for this page, active or inactive, in any country. A Meta Pixel and a Google Ads conversion tag are installed and unused.
Every YouTube title was matched against a 142-entry Slovak-language country dictionary. 281 of 342 videos (82%) resolved to a country. Index 100 = the channel average of 11,563 views per video.
Bar length is the index. The number of videos in each region is labelled, because a high index on five videos is a different fact from a high index on sixty.
Where the two bars diverge, effort and return have come apart.
Sortable. Click any column header.
Turkmenistan is their best country by a distance: 8 videos, 388,100 views, index 420. It supports exactly one departure.
Afghanistan and Nigeria are within 4% of each other — 16,911 against 16,200 average views. Destination is close to irrelevant. The hook is not.
Complete: all 342 YouTube videos with lifetime views and publish age, both YouTube Shorts, all 23 TikToks with views and captions, follower and post counts on every channel, and the full Meta Ad Library history. Platform-capped: Instagram exposes 12 posts per account when logged out, Facebook exposes one to seven. Those samples are complete for the window the platforms allow and are labelled directional wherever they appear.
Relative dating. YouTube publishes ages, not
dates. Anything under twelve months resolves to a month; anything older resolves to a
rolling September-to-August year. Monthly precision therefore exists only for the last
twelve months.
Lifetime views favour older videos. Where the report compares eras it says so.
The strongest era comparison — the last twelve months against the twelve before —
is like-for-like in window length, and the most recent cohort averaging 2,033 views against
a 25,800-subscriber base is not an accumulation artefact.
Country tagging is keyword-based. 61 videos did not resolve to a country and sit in
an "Other" bucket that also holds the packing-gear series, Chernobyl films and
multi-country expedition documentaries.
Impressions, reach, click-through, watch time, audience demographics and geography, follower growth curves, story and reel view counts, saves, and Facebook's full post history. All of it sits inside Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio. It is the first thing to request on engagement, and it would convert this report from an outside-in reconstruction into a true baseline.
